Palace Fukuoka
Palace's third store in Japan, the new store in Fukuoka’s Daimyo district in Chuo Ward — a lively, trend-forward neighborhood filled with boutique shops, cafes, vintage finds, and nightlife — draws inspiration from from two of the city’s most iconic sites—the Fukuoka Castle ruins and the Reclining Buddha — reinterpreted through Palace’s distinctive DNA.
An all-glass façade offers full transparency, framed by Palace’s glowing signage. Inside, a bronze tri-ferg embedded in the floor sits among raw stone and black wood evoking the castle ruins, while tri-ferg–shaped ceiling lighting illuminates the space. Past two expansive video walls, a monumental bulldog figure — reimagined from the Reclining Buddha and surrounded by the same stone and wood elements — anchors the store as a bold meeting of local history and Palace identity.
