Inside, white raw tiles and industrial steel balance "fridge-like" displays with layered plywood fixtures, a material nod to skateboard deck construction. A continuous light box signage wraps around the interior, mirroring a deli-style menu while highlighting the brand's identity. The concept reinterprets Hong Kong’s iconic neon culture through Palace’s distinctive DNA. A brick-tile façade echoes Tai Kwun’s materiality, layered with repeated Palace neon signage. An embedded tri-ferg neon on the side elevation extends the brand’s presence into the streetscape. Inside, tiled floors and walls continue the dialogue. Custom tri-ferg and P-shaped ceiling lights illuminate the space, while a tri-ferg neon set into the floor and a P-shaped neon bench define the entrance. The Palace bulldog appears playfully integrated throughout, including a neon artwork within the fitting rooms. Brick, tile, and neon anchor the store — a convergence of Hong Kong history and Palace identity. Daimyo district in Chuo Ward — a lively, trend-forward neighborhood filled with boutique shops, cafes, vintage finds, and nightlife — draws inspiration from from two of the city’s most iconic sites—the Fukuoka Castle ruins and the Reclining Buddha — reinterpreted through Palace’s distinctive DNA.&nbsp; An all-glass façade offers full transparency, framed by Palace’s glowing signage. Inside, a bronze tri-ferg embedded in the floor sits among raw stone and black wood evoking the castle ruins, while tri-ferg–shaped ceiling lighting illuminates the space. Past two expansive video walls, a monumental bulldog figure — reimagined from the Reclining Buddha and surrounded by the same stone and wood elements — anchors the store as a bold meeting of local history and Palace identity. The concept is the juxatpose of Korean traditional elements with Palace DNA.A simple facade that houses an angled, three-dimensional Palace logo on an otherwise blank wall is inspired from the Moon-Jar. Upon entrance, green wooden walls feature intricately-carved out details, which complement a curved mirrored display that’s lined with skateboard decks. Below, the floor flashes the label’s branding, with an embedded screen in the shape of the letter “P.” Further inside, dark wood composes the walls and the floors, while marble slabs form podiums for accessories, bases for clothing racks and seats for shoppers. On the second floor, a massive screen wall showcases the label’s latest promotional campaigns, and a gargantuan bulldog statue nods to Palace’s archives. Stone fragments, inspired by the Tri-Ferg logo, act as benches in the center of a gallery space for the brand’s latest drops. Shoji screen is used as a projection wall showcases label’s promotional campaigns and others, with a shelf in front showcases clothing and goods. Adjacent, the mirrored wall results a reflection symmetry creating an unique visual experience. A gargantuan bulldog head peeks out of the mirrored wall continuing nods to Palace’s archives. The modular benches as if extruded through the shoji screen display brand’s goods and modular shoji frames act as clothing racks.
